At this point, Steffy should have said: “Woah, stop lashing out at me. I wasn’t the one who made you come to the club. I left you alone to get ready for your fancy dinner. You made the decision to come to the club and wasted. I’m washing my hands over you. Goodbye!” Would be interesting what Liam’s reaction would be to that 🤔

If that had been a tactic, it would have been easy to make her feel even more insecure. She delivered Liam at home for his dinner. HE came to the club afterwards, HE drank and partied. She didn't have to force him for anything, they were just having fun. Something Hope never learned. Have you ever seen Liam as relaxed with Hope as with Steffy? No, because he always just chases after her ideal. Her ridiculous moral standards that she cannot fulfill herself. She can ascribe a very large part of this theater to herself, this childish Hopi-dopi.

But if I remember many times than not, Brooke has let go of Ridge and gave him, many ultimatums.Ridge had to sacrifice a lot and fight for Brooke, forgive her all the scandals and treat her like a Queen to have her.
Liam had to play by all of Hope' s rules to be in a relationship with her and marry her.
You see how much a man loves you by the amount of pursuit and effort, he puts on you.
Liam never did anything for Steffy, Steffy offered herself freely.Liam goes to her because he knows, Steffy has no life or self-respect.The same way, Ridge goes to Taylor when Brooke hurts him.
Steffy and Taylor are Hollaback girls, call up girls whilst Liam and Ridge have to work hard for Queen Brooke and Princess Hope.
Every woman wants to be treated like a Queen, anything less, he is undermining you.
Ha 😆 say that again in 2023 when Liam realizes she was the love of his life and he should never have let her go. And when the same Liam drops Hope like a hot potato just because she kissed Thomas. Wonder why Liam ALWAYS runs to Steffy when he has problems and all he had to do with Hope was live up to her expectations.

Steffy is the one with no confidence in this scenario. It takes confidence to not allow some guy to flip flop between you and another woman. It takes confidence to not settle for someone who continuously disrespects you. Willing to make excuses for a man and wait around for whatever scraps a man throws at you is the ultimate sign of having no self respect and that’s Steffy not Hope.
I’m so glad Steffy has grown and learned her worth. 2023 Steffy is now in a loving relationship with a beautiful family. The minute she stopped settling for Liam’s scraps she won.

Unfortunately, Hope always let her mother influence her and often enough she didn't stand by her principles and always wanted Liam back after he turned to Steffy. I also meant that Hope or Brooke always put all the blame on Steffy, even though in this case Liam was the only one following her to the club. Likewise, in Italy he had made the move towards Steffy and not the other way around. If Hope had stuck to her opinion here, she would have been spared a lot, as you can see today in 2023. She knew from the start that Liam had shared feelings for her and Steffy. But today she also blamed Steffy for her life with him, in which Steffy always played a role. Both women should have had the self-confidence much earlier that no man is worth that.

Hope always made Liam a puppet who had to dance according to her ideas. If he didn't, she was offended. He was never himself with her. Steffy let him be as he was and didn't want to change him. And what could be better than your best friend being your husband, with whom you can laugh and celebrate life? Knowing that every second in life counts and must be lived. Liam only had one thing with Hope: drama. She is mother's daughter.

She was married to Ridge and with her help, he was able to sketch again after Bill threw Ridge from the airplane, which caused temporary brain damage. Ridge rejected Caroline and THAT'S why she hooked up with Thomas(Pierson Fode)and became pregnant(they were never married.She was married to Ridge, when she laid with Thomas). Caroline was even accusing Thomas of rape. By this time, he had fallen for Sally.

@Nellie Cooper: 100% agree with you regarding Eric Forrester, jr; he was......too bad, so sad but then, he found a woman who made him WANT to be a better person; his wife, Maya. Rick's resentment of Ridge made no sense to me, until I realized why. The reason is still RIDICULOUS(he wanted "Mommy" &"Daddy" to remain a family). But, what he didn't realize was, Stephanie's LIES were what put them together and, Brooke ONLY married Eric because she COULD. Brooke and Ridge LOVED each other and, Stephanie was threatened by the depth of that love. She said so(which I knew, all along)when she became terminally ill. I previously posted Hope #1 & #2.! I referred to the history of pRick sabotaging his sister's relationship when Hope was portrayed by Kimberly Matula AND...Annika Noelle!! I placed emphasis on BOTH because I had forgotten what a SNAKE, Eric Forrester, jr could be, at times!!

That home was built for Liam and Hope while they were engaged. Yes, Hope broke off her engagement after watching Liam kissing Steffy. The next morning Hope changed her mind and went to apologise. The day after Hope broke it off, he married Steffy while Hope was trapped in the gondola forced to watch. Trapping her in the gondola was Steffy and Bill's doing. At this point, Steffy was targeted every guy Hope was with and tried to seduce them away from her to prove she could.
