Nice presentation of a "Keleng" that is how we "Kalanguyas" call this ritual. The old man praying is a "Mabaki" and mainly the ritual where he gets to pray to the "Ampahits" or the unseen spirits is a "Baki." I envy you guys the "watwat" and the "tapey" that you drunk in that Kilengan.
That is one hard challenge. Witnessing it, is already a torture what's more if you had to do it yourself. Poor Henry. However, that's part of our life. The ritual is part of Filipino tribes life and I respect that.
The people at the background was laughing while Juan Direction felt very sorry for the piglet. I felt so sorry as well. This makes me a vegetarian because Animals have the right and want to live too.

My family are Igorots from Ifugao and Benguet. Not even my father does the butchering.
