Hoping for a big improvement behind the scenes, managing injuries and recovery etc, Lets hope the management & coaching team liaise closely and keep taking medical advice given, regards best and appropriate use of players....as failure to do so brings on injuries.
Can I just add Ianis attitude during this whole situation has been superb .. he knuckled down and worked hard every day and didn't spit the dummy while playing in the b team...personally I think that's rare in modern football

Sterling needs to be settled down in a position. When clubs come to buy, they look to buy a position and not a jack of all trades. Playing him anywhere is not raising his sell price.

IMO the Hagi and Sterling contract decisions are linked to reset the wage expectations for those who come to Ibrox. £6 pay increase would cause unrest in the new guys who are probably only on £6 to £10k per month. Hagi, Tav, Butland are remnants of the old pay structure and will be moved on soon. Sterling WA probably given a pay increase as he is a leader in the dressing room and hopefully here for 3 to 5 more years.

Tav vs zaha isnt a good idea. Neither is somebody doing two jobs for an aging Rb whos entire game is based on pace that he no longer posseses.
