The more I try to figure out the lyrics the more I realize that this song isn’t about anything. Yeah I know I got a lot of them wrong, but still. The lyrics are just words in a song. Nothing else. They don’t mean anything. It’s like I Want It That Way. They’re catchy, but they contribute as much to the meaning of the song as the drums.
