- Introducing an exciting project that we took almost more than a year to complete. UL Residence is a five-stories terrace house, located in Air Itam and it has set to be the desired luxury home. In our design for this unit, it is all about the essence of warm minimalism with thoughtfully designed space.
From the sleek kitchen to the cozy living room and the modern workspace, every corner is crafted with simplicity and comfort in mind. The neutral tones and natural materials create a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation and productivity. Our designers, Edward & Grace, really pull through an amazing work with this unit.
