0:01 that mural basically shows that cernunnos has been protecting the faeries from the dragon/worm (vortigern) ever since the beginning, even in his death. He wanted to punish, not exterminate.

I remember the first time I saw the JP version of this 2 years ago. That time, I was bedridden because of Covid. With a burning body and a sore throat, I thought "Will I be able to experience this in the NA version?" while listening to this song. And here I am... It's been a really long journey.

No other game has ever made me anticipate new story content as much as FGO. LB5 and LB6 are masterpieces.
They REALLY are. It's like Camelot and Babilonia all over again. Except even better! Gareth last stand hit harder then anything a AAA game did in the last 3 years for exemple.

Meh, Atlantis was a tight story, but boring fight wise. Olympus was just a mess imo outside of the villains, but it had some interesting fights.
LB6 feels a bit too drawn out pacingwise. And the fights haven't really been that great. The fights bored me when I skipped on JP and now that I can read through the story I see no justification for the absolute slog a big part of the story is. I liked some of the narrative parts and twists, but it often feels a bit contrived and like it lacked a sense of consistency.
LB7 is pretty damn good too, story wise, in a different way from LB6. So keep looking forward to more good stuff

Morgan, while brutal, was both the peacekeeper ('cause otherwise the clans would be killing each others) and the only one that had plan to both deal with the great calamity and make Faerie Britain eternal. The queen they hated so much was actually the linchpin that kept all tied together and now, without her, their world shall fall... and keep falling, for eternity.
They already knew that, but it was a fact that Morgan did that only for the land and herself she wasn't concerned in the slightest about the fearies's doom, realizing that and with the bonus of being tortured too much, they didn't even thought twice about killing her
@@sorashizen5130 precisely. People go all “Morgan deserved better” but no, Morgan earned her death. She gave no craps about anyone. Aesc is another matter entirely but the moment she gave up is the moment she became the tyrant. And no one linked the two together as the same person in-universe. It’s like Baobhan Sith, just because they have “tragic” backstories does not excuse them from being crappy people in the present.
Also, Morgan is the WORST parent in existence, what with giving her the most horrid advice (basically “be evil”) to just outright ignoring her, to allowing the worst piece of trash to ever exist full access to an easy to manipulate girl. Even Arthur was a better parent, since Mordred was respected as a Knight and trusted (just not acknowledged as a heir).

When she was Aesc they would try to kill her them moment she saved them. Every. Single. Time.
The killed Uther for no reason.
They committed genocide against the northern fairies to such an extent that they make the Nazis look like boy scouts.
They killed her in the original timeline before she even started the pilgrimage.
Her instruction to Baonhan Sith was what saved her from a cycle of torturous death in each reincarnation. She didnt even need her,so there was no need to manipulate her for anything.
Baonhan was just like Aesc, with the difference that she didnt have power to fight back before.
Time and time again the story showed how wicked the fae are.
Of course Morgan doesnt care about them. Would you care for inhuman,unapologetic people worse than Nazis?
For fucks sake, somehow Woodwose is better than 99.9% of fairies because he can feel some guilt for the genocide of the Wing clan.

Even with PHH Morgan's knowledge that she would be wasting her time, she still made thousands of years of effort in trying to coexist with the faeries. It became quite clear early on that these things can't be appeased in any way. Only the A-Rays and the PHH faerie refugees (which they still haven't explained) seem capable of rising above their baser instincts. In the case of Baobhan Sith, Morgan instructing her to behave that way was purely due to the fact that she knew this would be the last time Sith would be able to manifest and wanted her achieve some measure of catharsis for her thousands of years of suffering. If Sith had to die again Morgan wanted it to be on her feet rather than on her knees. Right or wrong, you can't deny she did it out of some sense of compassion.

I just realized:
1. "The fanged ones crushed like insects" > Murian eliminated the Fang Clan by trapping them in a pocket dimension that made them little, the size of insects, with Murian literally squashing them with her fingers.
2. "The royal bloodline tainted" > both Uther in the Fae Era and Cnoc na Riabh in the High Queen Era were supposed to be crowned after dealing with what was afflicting Britain in their respective eras (the calamities, Morgan), but before they could, they were killed via poison.
3. "The mirror no longer shows hope" > The last prophecy of Ainsel, of the now defunct Mirror Clan, was not about the Child of Prophecy saving Britain. It was about what Chaldea and Artoria Caster would have to do in order to destroy the Lostbelt.
4. "The road to new lands goes unrealized" > The destruction of Faerie Britain was so sudden that Chaldea couldn't keep up the promise of helping some faeries emigrate to Proper Human History. Ironically enough, Barghest destroyed Norwich, which was the only city that had vehicles capable of reaching the Storm Border by sea (at least when it was stationed near the Nameless Woods).
5. "The wings of wisdom severed by blunder" > Murian, due to being part of the defunct Wing Clan, was so focused on her revenge against the Fang Clan. Problem was, she was so focused in killing them that she got caught off guard and killed by Vortigern.
6. "The glittering winds die for love" > Aurora doomed the Wind Clan (and the entirety of Faerie Britain) because she loved herself too much that she couldn't love anything else.
7. "The curse beguiles the beast, and the beast beckons the flame" > The Mors curse spread all over Britain clouded Barghest's sanity, turning her into the Calamity of the Beast. Shortly after her appearance, the Calamity of Flames, Albion, appeared.
8. "All of creation, all of eternity. Everything shall fall" > The Abyssal Worm's role was to swallow all of Faerie Britain. Oberon Vortigern's plan included the Worm swallowing Chaldea, and Proper Human History, along with the Lostbelt. Falling into a void quite literally at that, since Oberon himself said that the inside of the Abyssal Worm was just a bottomless pit.
Excellent dissection of each allusion! That's more or less what I got out of them too. "The road to new lands goes unrealized," I think does have to do with Barghest destroying Norwich and ruining the chance for migration, but I think the primary focus is Spriggan and the Earth Clan. Spriggan was detritus from Proper Human History who wanted to travel to new lands and find a home to cherish his art. He realized his goals, but he died before he could truly savor it. There is an allusion is to one of the six clans, and it would be odd to exclude one.
That was a great examination

Ishikawa Yui surely played as Morgan pretty well. It's no wonder Rapi, 2B, Lucia/Alpha, and Stelle are my favorite because of the voice actress performance.

I mean, Human History was over the moment Velber was allowed to reap it. From that point onwards it was Fairy History.
It wasn't just the fairies' history. It became a competition for who could make their story real, crushing all the other ones. This includes Chaldea just as much as the Lostbelts. The Bleaching of Earth started a competition to succeed to Proper Human History. Chaldea wasn't invited, but they're there too. So they have as much right as anyone else to compete

To be fair, the Sixth Lostbelt show *every* aspect of human confronting a world-ending situation.
While the calamities are ravaging the land, the inhabitants are noted after awhile to divide into three groups. Those who try to use a boat to get away and kill anyone who stops them, those who decide to comfort each other in their last moments whether human or Fae, and the remaining soldiers who all chose to go out fighting the Mors for as long as possible which the Fae joined them to the end.

The rest of the roaches can be forgiven after I unleash a bioweapon and introduce them to a bullet.
The sins does not refer to Morgan's sin but rather of the Faerie race as a whole. The lines in regards to forgiveness are what the tolling of the bells signify.
Edit: It is simply Morgan's VA being chose to narrate this. And a great choice it is.

Morgan's Downfall and Fae Knight Tristan pitiful state left me in a sad mood.
Even though we've won. I don't feel like we've won at all.
Technically you never won at all. If anything, you were spared because Morgan never sees Chaldea as a threat at all

"The royal bloodline tainted" - The King Clan perishing due to betrayal from within.
"The mirror no longer shows hope" - Ainsel coming up with the prophecy
"The road to new lands goes unrealized" - Not sure what this is about.
"The wings of wisdom severed by blunder" - Murian losing her mind after killing the Fang Clan.
"The glittering winds die for love" - Melusine killing Aurora, her love.
"The curse beguiles the beast, and the beast beckons the flame" - The Calamity of the Curse Cernunnos causing Barghest to turn into the Calamity of the Beast, which in turn causes Melusine to turn into the Calamity of the Flame.
"All of creation, all of eternity, everything shall fall" - The Abyssal Wyrm consuming all of Britain.
I think the road to new lands goes unrealized is the calamity barghest due to the fact norwich was burned to the ground thus unrecognizable.
