Opening Day of our 14th 18 Inch Journey! 34 Students are arriving from all over the States to embark on the journey from their head to their hearts, and it all starts with the extravagance of opening dinner! For over two decades our schools and camps have started with a beautiful dinner where we speak truth and belonging over our students. Yes, even 60s! I remember Jonathan's Dad telling stories at my church many years ago. What a Father he is! A role model of our Heavenly Father, for sure.

By the time I learned of the 18 Inch Journey, I had already grown beyond the criteria to participate. However I had gone and spend the weekend for True Son’s Retreat 2020 and it is just as extravagant and heartwarming! As soon as I got into the driveway I was immediately in tears because of my life journey and all the weight I had started to fall away. Meeting Chris at the gate and I was known to a stranger and felt immediately welcome like I had come back home. I share this school with everyone I meet and cannot wait to share these videos! Thank you Cageless Birds! Thank You Cadence & Ryan & Phase 2 students! I miss you all and look forward to being back soon!
