I love that kitchen. I can picture a big family sitting around a huge old solid oak table, eating and then playing a board game or listening to the grandparents telling childhood stories. It's always fun to picture what it could have been like and how good it could have been. Beautiful house and property.
This is so awesome!!! I grew up in this house. Sad it was torn down a few years ago.. I have a lot of wonderful memories there. My parents lived there and raised 4 kids. So sad it is gone!!!
This is an older video of mine. Sadly it was demolished by a developer. Nothing has been done to the property since. They gave me permission to film it days before it was demolished
This house belonged to my grandparents since the 60’s up until it was demolished a few years ago; it’s so crazy to see it walked through as abandoned. I remember Christmas in that old family room and sitting down for breakfast in that kitchen. I couldn’t even watch the whole thing it made me so sad thinking of how it doesn’t exist anymore…. Sad to think that beautiful old architecture like this is being torn down to build condos.
This is an older video of mine. Sadly it was demolished by a developer. Nothing has been done to the property since. They gave me permission to film it days before it was demolished
Soooo glad to see the basement not flooded, broke my heart the last one that was, thanks for showing the barn, so much can be learned about the people and their lives by what got put in the barn. Central California U.S.A. watching
My grandma had the same chair! I used to climb up and sit on it when I had my lunch. (She used to babysit me everyday before I started school and my dad remarried, 1978 -1980) Lovely home, I would love to have a kitchen like that, and it still looks beautiful on the outside as well. WOW I haven’t seen a gettoblaster in YEARS, I had one, it was great 👍 until it got stolen from me, it was a dual cassette, and I used to take it everywhere! Jeez...that’s an old Mountain Dew bottle, I remember the old Orange Crush bottles. Awesome video
We have way more than enough home and business developments, no more is needed. The homes they build here are run by those mafias they call Home Owners Associations.
They have taken the staircase and most of the woodwork around the doors so must going to be demolished. Glad someone tried to save parts of it. Beautiful place.
Its sad to think one particular day somebody who lived there had a last walk around probably thought about the time they lived there and never ever came back
Farmers. They use to rent them out. Then they didn’t want the upkeep expense and hassle. Now they leave them or tear them down. Especially if the bigger farm companies just buy for the land. Which are taking over. Factory farming. Not mom and pop. I grew up in these type of places and my friends did too. In Ontario. It has changed. They let some wonderful houses in great condition sit, or tear down. Shame. Many wonderful memories in these homes.
I am the grandchild of the last owners (and the owners since the 60s) it was my knowledge that developers were buying a lot of the properties in that area to build condos so they sold it as well sadly, family was able to continue living there until it was demolished
This house is a mansion for starters and could be restored to like new. It is so big and beautiful! I must say when you got upstairs...the green carpeting brought back lots of memories. What an awesome barn!!! Makes you always wonder what kind of farming they did, what animals lived there....Nice find and thank you for presenting it to a crowd who loves this! (tricycles are I believe from the early to mid 60s)
Every single time I ever even think about going in an abandoned house, I think the will be squatters in it! So I watch videos from guys like you! Thanks 😊
This house never should have been torn down. Money talks while a beautiful home is ruined. If it's anything like here...the last thing we need is any kind of business with a lot of empty ones all over the place!
I LOVE barns...I wish our barn had stone walls...my kids loved to play in them & the corn fields around our property...we were like "Green Acres"...not with the $$ & all but the city folk that went country & my daughters fled to the city as soon as they could lol, we are across the pond though but our houses & barns are just like yours! Surprised there were no barn cats running about...we had 2 there when we bought the place & about 13 sometime after that ;-) the girls loved it!! Again...what a shame...we used to drive around the Thumb of Michigan(where we lived & how we found our place) & sooooo many abandoned houses & farms. The farmers see land for crops & I see alot of blood, sweat & tears to a new home!!
I so agree about older houses. They give off such a melancholy feeling of times past. Your personable nature (wanna go look at the barn?) and 'spook' moment add touches of welcome light relief.
What a b-L-a-S-tTTTTTT!!! Thanks for the tour!!!! Just loved the barn and those doors....what those doors have ‘seen’ in their lifetime!!!! Thank you for sharing this! ♥️
By Far my Favourite Abandoned home. On every channel, by the way! If I could I would save that house, because I love wood.I would Save that whole Barn. Awesome!!!
This is an older video of mine. Sadly it was demolished by a developer. Nothing has been done to the property since. They gave me permission to film it days before it was demolished
We have chickens and turkeys, those alone are work but they are so worth the extra effort. I think it should be mandatory for kids to donate a few months out of the year to work on farms and ranches for extra school credits towards their graduation. It would be good honest labor. Those kids need toughening up now days! Besides, farm animals are enjoyable, I love my feather babies.
Michelle Evan's I think that is great what you are doing. Wish more farms and ranch have programs for all ages to see how life is on this kind of life It might interest others to get into farming or ranch life. Camps, working on these could make a big impact.
@@AbandonedUrbexCanada Several years ago a farmer in Iowa thought he would do the right thing for the country. He paid a higher than average pay for his farm help. He had hired several workers that would be more permanent instead of hiring temporary seasonal help. Except for two of the workers, all of them quit within two months. They said the work was too hard to do for them.
Greetings urbex,I was born in the early 60s and knows tricycles would be a great gift if somebody could just get them and paint them up maybe will watch them up and add a seat to that one hey I’ll tell you you’d have a awesome gift for some happy little kids and they are antiques thank you for sharing love the video God bless
The doll house, I have over 200 Barbie dolls and about 30 Dollhouses. I wanted to see more closely the dolls. I will tell my friends about you so they can see great things. Btw. I run a webpage drop by and in any comment section say hello and mention your you tube channel. I close to 7,000 a month. They are recovering and this is right up their alley.www.askjacqueline.life
OMG! That chair with the 'flip down' steps. I haven't seen one of those since I was a child. My Great Grandmother had one in her kitchen, in her cute little country house here in AUSTRALIA. Love the farmhouses you have in Canada. 👍🏼 Very different to the ones we have here
Those old glass pop bottles reminds me of being a kid in the 80's and riding around and finding pop bottles to bring to the store to get a refund to get money to play video games at the arcades those were the days I wish I could go back and relive my childhood sometimes
Nice old house. Seems to still be restored. I hope someone can. I can picture a family with several kids running about exploring, yet knowing they need to complete chores each day.
With so many people needing a home its just wrong to set unused ....i would be very happy to live there.....could be a beautiful place with a little love....
I’d love to explore all these whispers of history.... Wow, such beautiful homes even in disrepair. I love that you give such a good tour. I can imagine it in its former glory... cheers you are awesome
I hope you return this place someday with your drone, I'm loving your more current filming style and would enjoy a revisit to this place. These older homes give me a lot of inspiration to create models based on the way I'd imagine the houses would look restored.
You are very composed going through these homes. I would be a bit scared especially to go at it alone. Live the videos. Our land has some amazing treasures

Very good video thank u for sharing would love to live in that old house so lovely they don't make them like that anymore now most houses at mad so cheep keep up the good work I sure enjoy to see the old homes thank u again
I love that kitchen. I can picture a big family sitting around a huge old solid oak table, eating and then playing a board game or listening to the grandparents telling childhood stories. It's always fun to picture what it could have been like and how good it could have been. Beautiful house and property.
I was raised on farms, we lived in huge farm houses. My favorite thing about the farms was playing in the barns. Love these videos.
This is so awesome!!! I grew up in this house. Sad it was torn down a few years ago.. I have a lot of wonderful memories there. My parents lived there and raised 4 kids. So sad it is gone!!!

It made me a bit sad to see this. I didn't know it was demolished. It must be hard for you to watch this video Sonia❤️ You had such a beautiful home!!
So sorry you don't live there anymore. Beautiful memories though.
That is amazing you found video.
The labor that went into raising that barn.. collecting all those field stones for the foundation.. amazing
It's a shame to see such a beautiful house sitting and rotting away I would absolutely buy that house
Humanity was a mistake Yes, it’s now demolished waiting for a subdivision to come. Thanks for watching please subscribe if you haven’t. 😀
That's sad.
Just sick they demo these cool old houses to replace them with 👪💑👬👭👫 developments. Very sad!!
@@AbandonedUrbexCanada that's to bad. I really liked the brick exterior.
Absolutely would buy this as well. What a shame. Taking away all the homes with character and putting up dense, cookie-cutter houses. 😞

You made this video 3 years ago and you are still the best explore today on TH-cam even from a video of 3 years ago.
I am remodeling an old farmhouse, and I'm drooling over those doors in the barn!
Loved the vivid blue upstairs bedroom with shiny hardwoods.wow, now that’s a walk in closet.. lol
I remember those chairs with the steps attached from when I was a kid.
This would be a great fixer upper, I’m sure if I had the opportunity I would definitely give this home a new life
So true
Not really it would cost way to much vs having a new energy efficient maintenance free house built. It's just not cost effective.
Sad to a nice old place like this to be torn down, because of you it will be remembered
Hey thanks my friend! That’s what’s it’s all about. Check out my newest video you will love this one. th-cam.com/video/1H5XTP2FC3U/w-d-xo.html

Central California U.S.A. watching
Now that's the way a kitchen should be, nice and roomy.
Both Barn & House are Historical.
I cant get over it... What a shame!
Monica Peterson I see a lot of homes like this demolished pretty sad
It's the porch for me. Totally my dream home

Marie King-Stevason thanks so much Marie! Yes it’s nice to see old stuff in the abandoned houses. It brings back old memories for sure
Abandoned Urbex Canada I totally agree 😊
Orange Crush and Fanta. Wow, haven't heard of them in ages, but thanks for the memories.
Yes we had one in our kitchen....really grabbed my eye and took me back.
That's a beautiful old house! Nice to see that no one has vandalized it. Thank you for the video!
I am so sorry it was demolished. Looked solid and so much potential.
I think it's a crime to demolish a lovely old home like this.
Moe Loogham me to! They should just build around it
I wonder why my country does this with rural areas too, why do we need more land developments? Such a waste of money.
We have way more than enough home and business developments, no more is needed. The homes they build here are run by those mafias they call Home Owners Associations.
@@AbandonedUrbexCanada where do you find these places anyway?
kali jensen they are everywhere😁
Watching this today was fantastic! I love the places you go. Sorry they get taken down but you keep them alive in our minds. Thank you.
I was born in 1988 and we had tricycles exactly like those! Cool find!
Yes I was an 80’s baby too, this is one of my older videos
I could move right in..a little spit and polish, aa little paint, some minor carpentry....maybe a bathroom remodel...nice.
This home is just beautiful has so much potential. One of his best by far.

What a beautiful find. This house is huge. I always wonder what the people were like that used to live there. Thanks for sharing.
Man,man,man...what a beautiful house. Being from Tennessee and living in the country I would love to have this house right in the middle
I adore old houses.
This house is cute from outside more than inside and what a huge barn!!
I’m astonished as to how you find these amazing places and yet they are being torn down. It’s so sad to see them go like this.
The rooms in that house are HUGE!! Could be a very nice home. I love that kitchen!!
Its sad to think one particular day somebody who lived there had a last walk around probably thought about the time they lived there and never ever came back

That rug and backsplash in the kitchen! 😦. And the turntable!

Beautiful house it's sad when they are abandoned
House still look like it's still in good shape to live in. Farm and ranch life is hard work. Many younger generations don't want to stay.

I would’ve definitely restore the barn as well. I could see holding a lot of receptions there ❤️❤️ ⛪️

Just read your note that the house was demolished. Well it probably served those who lived there quite well. ☺
Like that little bathroom
With so many people needing a home its just wrong to set unused ....i would be very happy to live there.....could be a beautiful place with a little love....
Don't worry the developer who bought it is going to put in another 500 units.😒

What a cool explore! I hate it when horse property gets ruined and developers turn it into malls and apartments. It sucks.
