JUST ordered a Torro Tiger I camo with metal tracks ( my SECOND 1/16 tank, FIRST Torro ) ......looking forward to having FUN this fall/winter in the leaves and snow ......this Tiger is my Bday present to mesef and if all goes well the Sherman is coming to Papa in the fall for Xmas 🤣 Thanks for the look at this model, and keep on " Laying Track " 😁👍❤🇺🇸

The upper hull on my was severely cracked on both side but the crate was perfect. I'm guessing they cracked the hull at the factory. Most of the screws that secure the wheels worked themselves out on the 1st test run. One of the tracks fell off on the 2nd run. The pins in the track work themselves out, so I have to check the tracks constantly. Now my right stick on the controller does not go back to center. The manufacturer really dropped the ball on the Sherman., unlike my Tiger and King Tiger.
Does the tank come equipped with any kind of volume control for the sound effects? If so, the next time you record a video, your voice won't have to compete with the rc's sound fx if you turn it down or off.
Nice tank. Two things I don't like about it: on/off switch at the bottom seems vulnerable in rugged/wet terrain, to charge/change the battery (why still no LiPo btw?) you need to open the tank every time.
Pathetic they still give Tiger engine sound really Torro and Taigen at least need to give proper sound , they have it already forcing customer to pay extra just to get the right sound just bad business attitude.
They need to limit speed more so its realistic to that tank so each model of tank is realistic to the real steel version so all the tanks are unique and not this lame race car speed making all the tanks drive the same. Not only that but the speed controller should simulate rpm's to gain speed overtime.
Be sure to ask about the wooden “crate” that’s “supposed” to come with each tank as advertised. My Tiger 1 did NOT come with the wooden crate. Big Bummer because it was advertised with the tank. Customer service offered to refund the entire amount. No, sorry, I wanted the tank as well as the crate. Buyer beware.. ask before buying
360 euro they asked for it here, absolute mad , the paintjob is to clean and the blue sensor lmaf black or green wasnt an option ?? insane overpriced for a full plastic model, you cane get better for that price
Torro is a premium brand. The sensor on top isn't permanent, it will only be used to play the IR game which is acceptable to everyone in the RC Tank hobby who is in a club that does these tank battles. Everything about these tanks are better than the lower cost brands especially the road wheels, sprockets, idlers and tracks. Very durable and will last a long time.
The barrel recoil was the coolest thing I ever seen. Heng long should at those features in with future models

The Easy 8 Sherman (Fury) incorporated the HVSS suspension, which this is not. Its a VVSS.

I do wish that the discontinued Mato M4a1 cast rounded upper hill could be reintroduced.

The rc easy 8 has the wrong suspension VVSS and so it looks like a jumbo with a 76 Gun
you realize the suspension isnt an indicator of Sherman variants right? All variants had both.
I'm with a lot of people, this isn't the easy 8 version. Obviously someone didn't do enough research into this tank.

Hooben 's has HVSS but is aledged to be light and plasticky.
