This is Akarshani Mandir situated in Jamshedpur Kharswan in Sini, this place is awesome and in top of the hill. We went top of the temple by walking 412 steps stairs. You can go in the temple on Mondays when most people goes to worship, or else you can go anyway you wish there's no problem.
