Is umbrella rig legal in Maryland? The law says only two hooks allowed for each rod
they do only have two hooks. the rest of the baits are teasers. they work great!
What happens if the fish bites the teasers? Then you lose the fish, since no hook on teaser
right, you won’t hook them, but you’ll get more bites on the droppers that have the hooks. the teasers draw them in because it looks likes a school of bait fish. the success rate is quite high!
