I cannot begin to explain what this was like in the crowd. People crying around you, everyone being dead silent and just listening and feeling. Truly a masterpiece. Unreal and will forever be remembered.
This was one of the best moments of my entire life. My biggest lifegoal came true... I waited 10 years for this weekend (since the endshow of 2012/2013). And i can say, it was more than worth it. This is hands down the most elaborate and well executed performance I have ever seen. As an engineer, I know exactly what it took to create this masterpiece. I’m not sure how much you spent on fireworks but it was worth every penny. The synchronization and display was absolutely next level. I swear at one point you shot off 10k in 10 seconds. 1k a second 😂
I wasn't at this years Defqon but by all the videos from Q-Dance, artists and fans, what you see and hear, it was a very special Defqon with so many different emotions. Everyone was so hyped about it and I think nobody were disappointed. Wish i was there. 😁✌️
With Defqon 1 Legends and Ghoststories before it felt like 3 Hours of Closing Ritual and not 10 minutes. I am actually shocked that it apprerntly was that short. It sure did feel waaay longer.

I'm still occasionally watching this video because this happened at somewhat of a turning point in my life. The entire story is a bit too long, but let's just say I felt like I lost everything and started back at zero (again). So the message of rising from the ashes really resonated with me. Not gonna lie: My eyes got teary.

im always so damn amazed at these closing rituals (and end shows). its always so epic (true to the word) and 1 of the few things that makes me a bit sad is that i will never be able to attend 1 but just the videos over the years have had me stunned by amazement so thanks for uploading them :)
I have no idea if it's the fact that I had to go 2 years without Defqon1 that made me soft, but I felt this weekend with so much more power, and emotion and excitement than all the others I visited before (2012/2013/2017) The hype is real; Q-dance and all the artists are Gods in your own right.
Q-dance/Defqon.1 is thrilling and chilling, thank you so much for sharing these moments that show how amazing and fantastic you are. A dream to visit this festival, maybe one day.

so happy that the Hardstyle scene is making its rounds in the US, I have been wanting to go to Defqon since 2011. I will for sure be there next year for my first time ever. I will most likely cry too lmao
Especially after 4 days of being there in this bubble of happiness, emotions hit you so much harder during the closing ceremony.

im always so damn amazed at these closing rituals (and end shows). its always so epic (true to the word) and 1 of the few things that makes me a bit sad is that i will never be able to attend 1 but just the videos over the years have had me stunned by amazement so thanks for uploading them :)
I have no idea if it's the fact that I had to go 2 years without Defqon1 that made me soft, but I felt this weekend with so much more power, and emotion and excitement than all the others I visited before (2012/2013/2017)
