In my experience players need to be 90+ rated and get more G/A (in your case it would single handedly have to be Assists) than every other player in all competitions to win the Ballon d'Or.
Maybe he can get the ballon d’or if he was 99 rated as a right winger and had a lot of assists because if he did he would literally be better than Messi and Messi has 8 ballon d’ors so he would definitely have one AT LEAST 1 Ballon D’or
Nah he can be a 99 rated striker and just score tap-ins to the assist if he becomes better than some certain penalty and tap in merchant with 5 ballon'd'or who is dominating camels then I think he can win at least 6-8 or 10 ballon'd'or maybe!!
