I'm currently doing my first year if A levels and I can honestly say this has been the worst year of my life. I have failed all of my test so far and if I fail my final tests they will make me repeat the year. This would be my worst nightmare. All of my friend would no longer be in my classes and would go to university before me while I would be left behind. I have the most beautiful girlfriend I could ever ask for. She is so smart and driven and comes from an incredibly prestigious and successful family and I know if I have to repeat the year we would be torn apart by them. I promised myself a while back that if I don't pass my exams and get back into school then I would end my life. I have always been a smart guy, the quiet type who would almost always get an A. This year is one of my most important years ever of school and I have been anything but successful. I am a total loser. My exams begin tomorrow and I know that I will fail. I'm not leaving this post here as a way to seek attention or pity, I just want to let at least one person know what I am going through. School has been so stressful to me and I would rather die than lose my friends, girlfriend and a year of my life.
I phoned them on 4 January 2021 - Till Lindemann's 58th birthday - just hours before a third national lockdown in England was announced. The last 3 months of 2020 had been awful and December 2020 was perhaps the worst month of my life. On New Year's Day, I finally realised that something was wrong. But I remembered when a couple of volunteers from Samaritans gave a talk at my school back in 2014. Although their number is displayed at Beachy Head as well as various train stations in the United Kingdom - I know their number by heart because it's displayed on the safety fencing on platforms 6 and 7 at Wimbledon train station, which I use a lot as I have a strong local connection to the area - one of the things I remember them saying was that they would actually prefer that people called them before it could get to the point where they were considering suicide. And that's exactly what I did. I think it definitely helped.
oh! my god really? Samaritans Thailand is the same sometime. I also had a terrible experiences with some of their volunteers but the whole organization is quite ok I think.
The samaritans can't help people who are suicidal. They only listen & can not advice people in situations! In mind it's a waste of time talking the them!
The sort of people who really deserve national recognitions, rather than the political and wealthy elite!
They have saved so many lives, I hope they know that!💕

Samaritans Thailand is the best for me now as I am Thai, 3 years already with The Samaritans.
