Hi Akshat. How is REIT in terms of dividend yield & capital appreciation? How would you place it in relation to other dividend paying instruments? It would be nice if you could cover it in a seperate video. Thanks.
Short summary: 1. Timing is important in dividend paying stocks 2. Best time to invest in FD is when inflation is lesser than Interest Rates 3. In case of liquidation of business, bond holders are paid first 4. Different types of debt instruments include government securities, Treasury bills, liquid funds and other debt funds 5. With credit drying up in the economy and dividend paying companies giving dividends and not using it highly points to the fact the company has less interest for growth 6. If you had invested 1L each in all the 10 stocks shown at 19:10 a year ago, you would have made over 10% till now (Including dividends) using the data from the very same table. What is your opinion on corporate FD provided by reputed NBFC like Bajaj finance and those having a credit rating of AAA or AAA+ and those who are regulated by RBI ? Those are offering interest rate relatively higher and have moderate risk than the private/public sector banks and those can even help in diversification of debt portfolio for short term period of over 18-24 months. Also investing in T Bills through RBI retail direct could help retail investors save their transaction costs as compared to full service/discount brokers.

Can't put IOC in ignored kind of list..same putting legs in green field energy. Hv good potential growth left in year to come.
Sir pls give analysis on gmm pfaudler
Hi Akshat, Good One. Like to clarify on your comment on IOC share. Please check the bonus issue on changes of share price from InR 90 to 70.
IOC is now trading at Rs.80 with Dividend yield of Rs.10.
REC. And PFC are also high dividend yield Companies.
Sir kindly make a vedio on when to buy or sell shares based on charts or other strategy for optimal profit.
Please cover the taxability aspects of the instruments when you make these type of videos.
Hello sir, I am Gokul 21 year old (very much new to stock market), So I have seen a few of your videos(All ur videos were great and please post more sir, Thank you so much for posting such kind of videos to educate new ppl who are entering the market) where you stated it is a good habit to invest 40% of ur investment money on bank or finance sectors, so is it a good idea to invest in Bank of Baroda ?? or should I go for other banks such as ICICI and Axis
I have been looking at B.O.B and found out that their DOE is more than 10 but their net profits and share capitals have doubled these 10 years so i am cofused whether to go for it or not, Can you please help me.
it is ok to 'give access holdings and positions portfolio permission' to zerodha ?
Worst mathematical calculation on IOC let me get to your point if I buy 1000 shares of ioc at 142 rs on 2017 (peak price). We got 1:1 on 2018,2022 1:2 which in turn your shares will be of 142000 will get converted into 233000 within 4 years. Adding dividend of 7.5%( removed 30%) taxation. Sure shot hit of 15% CAGR which beated index over long term. Better apply stock concepts better. FD will give only SI and no capital appreciation
Sir, thanks a lot for information. Can you please give either a link or new video on how to buy the stock on discount or how to track it's cycle.
Sir, you are buying calls later you do for selling calls too. I know it's to be paid
As a student I am ready to learn the selling of stocks that have become smart. If it becomes late it's okay I just am learning not to do any investments
U talked about some undervalued stocks where to check them
Sir
Hindi me bi available your valuable vedios or not please clarify.
Do you guide people to invest their money (mutual funds and stocks)?
If you had invested 1L each in all the 10 stocks shown at 19:10 a year ago, you would have made over 10% till now (Including dividends) using the data from the very same table.
If you had a smallcase of those same stocks weighted by their market cap, their capital appreciation alone (dividends excluded) in the past 1 year would outperform Nifty.
So much for not investing in dividend paying stocks!
how? some of the stock prices has gone down.
@@dantedmc5408 Yes but many have gone up as well. And you would have made money in dividends too. I am talking about the entire basket of 10 stocks as a whole and not individual stocks.
@@Mayur7Garg kya fuk ke aaye hai be? None of them have gone up by 100 %. You can't just simply add the interest rates you get. Your return would be the average of all the returns. Not an addition. 🙂
@@mohitjaisingh8482 Shaant munna shaant! Typo tha. Sahi kar diya. It was supposed to say over 10%. The actual value was around 11.9% that I calculated if I remember correctly. My point was that the stocks listed beat Nifty 50 this past year as a whole.
When you guys are discussing about dividents for monthly income, me with only 5k per month savings and still thinking about the divident yields..
State Government SDL is backed by Central Government . So there is no risk in investing in SDL.

How did you build skill of speaking in front of cameras
Suppose I have done fd for 100
Interest on fd =7-8(max)
Inflation = 6 (min)
So 100 +7(fd) -6 (inf) = 101
And then deduct our so called Tax on returns .
Why people recommend fd as investment 🤦🏼♂️, only banks make money on ur fds not the costumer

You didnt explain the taxation on returns part of various investment instrument, i think liquid funds and debt mfs are much better when it comes to taxation making it much more attractive than FDs and Tbills. Also what about REITS?
