      Great Advice indeed 👍
How Vijay Kedia made Rs.1000 crores from just Rs: 34000??
He found out some highly undervalued stocks and invested everything in it (2-5% of those companies). Those were illiquid, neglected by HNI’s, Mutual funds and FII’s in spite of it great undervaluation. He brought all those shares from retailers those do not have any faith in their great stock. He got 10-20X returns for the faith in those stocks and he divested when all crowd (Retailers, Mutual funds &FII’s) started buying those undervalued stocks when reached its fair value.
Same story in all highly successful Investors in India?
Any such stocks still available in India now?
Yes.Dhunseri Investment is like a mutual fund?
Dhunseri Investment has investments of Rs. 968 Cr in Equity shares, Mutual Funds, and debentures. This includes investments in Axis bank, Birla soft, HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, etc., as of March 2022, As of March 2022, the co. has 2 associate companies Dhunseri Tea & Industries (45%)and Dhunseri Overseas Private Limited(owns 50% of Egypt plant-largest in that part of world).
The Co. has 5 subsidiary companies, including DVL USA which was incorporated on 1st October 2021 as a WOS of Dhunseri Ventures(57%) and further on 7th March 2022 it was made a WOS of Twelve Cupcakes Pte. Ltd. (Singapore with annual sales 80 crores and starting business in USA).
Investing in Dhunseri Investment is the most risk free investment in India with almost 100% chance of mutibagger return in future. Regarding liquidity As per Sep 2022 Qtr Small investors only 11945 having only 7.49 Lakh shares (average just 62 share) when compared to 19098 shareholders had 10.21 Lakh shares in Dec 15.Big positive to the stock with great fundaments.
TTM EPS: Rs.432.94 per share, Dhunseri Investments Ltd Qtr after Qtr Consolidated EPS increasing. Stock trading just 0.18% of its book value.PE:1.72
Net Value of Investments: 2942 Crores
      Market cap (13-12-2022) :458 Crores
What is your opinion in investing in this stock?

    Short summary:
    1. Timing is important in dividend paying stocks
    2. Best time to invest in FD is when inflation is lesser than Interest Rates
    3. In case of liquidation of business, bond holders are paid first
    4. Different types of debt instruments include government securities, Treasury bills, liquid funds and other debt funds
    5. With credit drying up in the economy and dividend paying companies giving dividends and not using it highly points to the fact the company has less interest for growth
    6. Tips to buy dividend paying stocks:
    a. Trade the cycle
    b. Buy stocks which have expansion opportunities but are available at discounted price
    c. Select stocks with a good history of dividend payments, but find them at the right buying levels

Heard someone say the best season for a fin.ancial breakthrough is now, especially with inflation running at a four-decade high. I have approximately $750k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

    • @dominantnat9624
      @dominantnat9624 2 ปีที่แล้ว

That’s right! Downturns provide plenty of opportunities for regular people to build wealth from the scratch. However, MSFT, TXN, SAP are good tech stocks right now. Ultimately, you may need to get some professional advice from an Invest-ment planner if you want to take advantage of it.

Is this a good time to buy stocks/crypto in the Europe? I know everyone is saying stocks are at a discount and all, but just how long will It take for us to recover, obviously there are strategies to manoeuvre in this present market but these strategies doesn't come common to the average folk, or am I better off putting my money elsewhere.

@roseallen2521 I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an inv-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around short & long term holdings for profit realisation, coupled with the exclusive analysis they possess, it's near impossible to not out-perform. I've been investing with a coach literally for 4years, and have accrued approx. $1.4m in net-profits thus far.

    >Thanks for the update and keep doing what you do. My journey in the current market has taught me a lot of lessons, at the top of that list is that it never pays to live above one's means. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $600k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months. Sad to say but a lot of us have poor money management skills. My 2 cents -get an advisor to keep you accountable and aid you make better decisions, Florence Osborn has been helping me a lot, all through my journey. I am having a doubt about 1st point sir, "It is better to invest in FD's when interest rate > Target Inflation" ; But when inflation is falling down, in the upcoming months, interest rates will also cools off. will it not effect the FD Interest rate. Will the interest we get, is based on Floating Rate or just simply the absolute rate (#interestrate) at the time of investment

What is your opinion on corporate FD provided by reputed NBFC like Bajaj finance and those having a credit rating of AAA or AAA+ and those who are regulated by RBI ? Those are offering interest rate relatively higher and have moderate risk than the private/public sector banks and those can even help in diversification of debt portfolio for short term period of over 18-24 months. Also investing in T Bills through RBI retail direct could help retail investors save their transaction costs as compared to full service/discount brokers.

I have been looking at B.O.B and found out that their DOE is more than 10 but their net profits and share capitals have doubled these 10 years so i am cofused whether to go for it or not, Can you please help me.

Worst mathematical calculation on IOC let me get to your point if I buy 1000 shares of ioc at 142 rs on 2017 (peak price). We got 1:1 on 2018,2022 1:2 which in turn your shares will be of 142000 will get converted into 233000 within 4 years. Adding dividend of 7.5%( removed 30%) taxation. Sure shot hit of 15% CAGR which beated index over long term. Better apply stock concepts better. FD will give only SI and no capital appreciation

If you had invested 1L each in all the 10 stocks shown at 19:10 a year ago, you would have made over 10% till now (Including dividends) using the data from the very same table.
If you had a smallcase of those same stocks weighted by their market cap, their capital appreciation alone (dividends excluded) in the past 1 year would outperform Nifty.
So much for not investing in dividend paying stocks!

    Interest on fd =7-8(max)
    Inflation = 6 (min)
    So 100 +7(fd) -6 (inf) = 101
And then deduct our so called Tax on returns .
Why people recommend fd as investment 🤦🏼‍♂️, only banks make money on ur fds not the costumer
