NPS is better than UPS. OPS is better than NPS.
Actually for short term duration (10-20 years of service) UPS is better than NPS and for long term NPS (20+ years) is better UPS.
People will like OPS since they don't have contribute anything from their salary but it will be Taxpayer who will take the burden.

Look exact detail is not mention that how much you will get pension.. but agar aap 25 saal se kam service detey hai to fix pension 10000 Rs hi milege... abhi is scheme se related bahut si baate hai jinhye clear karna jaruri hai.
