At 18 I’ve always told people my age about how much I adore Coldplay, they never take any notice and just label their music rubbish, they have to be the ones missing out on stuff like this. We are living!
It's a trend to hate them, I think. I don't understand what's wrong with Coldplay, their music is really touching without being over the top... They're a great good example of music that makes you feel "cozy", even their mellow songs are more like comforting than depressing.
What happens when we die? all of us face this reality, no man or woman escapes it, we all have this in common. The question we all have to answer is what's next? God states that he is righteous, holy and just, he also states (as we can all testify) that no one is good and that we've all fallen short of his glory. In order for God to ordain justice in this universe, he's required to judge each one of us according to our works and deeds. Exodus 20:1-17 (NKJV) “You shall have no other gods before Me. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain. “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. We cannot make up for the sin we've committed nor can we rework our lives and actions to justify ourselves before him. Isaiah 64:6 states "But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags" God states that we're all deserving of his just punishment for disobeying him and living in rebellion to him. He has declared a day in the future in which he will give a sentence to us for our crimes against him and others. God tells us that he has created a place of eternal punishment called hell, in which everyone is destined for by their own law-breaking, hell is a place of eternal torment, darkness and a fire that is never quenched. But God didn't leave us to go to hell with no way out, in his goodness and mercy he sent his son Jesus Christ to rescue us. He did this by making his Son a human being like us, who experienced temptation like us, lived out the full human experience like us and related to us in all ways. Jesus responded to God here on earth in complete obedience, being without Sin he became the perfect sacrifice to be a substitute taking our place. He did this in his kindness to make way for everyone to be forgiven for their sins and be made right with God the Father. Jesus was crucified 2000 years ago, bearing all our sins, taking our punishment of hell for us. He did the perfect work required for God the Father to place Jesus's righteousness upon each one of us who believes in him and his complete work on the cross. God raised Jesus from the dead 3 days after his burial, bringing new life and defeat to death for all. Jesus offers us complete forgiveness, reconciliation with God and new eternal life if we confess with our mouth Jesus is Lord and believe on his name and what he has done for us. Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” All we have to do is agree with God that we've sinned against him, acknowledge that we're guilty by believing upon his testimony that Jesus Christ died for our sins. We all have been given a number of days, we never know when our time is up. This is why we need to respond to God now, not tomorrow.

To this day, this reminds me of my best friends at high school and different colleges so far I have attended. When I first realized and got to finally like this song over 2014, I was keeping life going, but I was depressed because I had very little community. I had two emotional breakdowns at community college because I sincerely missed the tangible electromagnetic force of love and belonging that was missing in my life. Now I am stronger, and can laugh and be stable with this rather than feel bitterness and hard heart that wanted to open and the happiness was beaming out. I am now 27 years old.

So I’m currently sulking while writing this, screaming out her name wishing I could feel her touch once more. “ I love you too, so much” was the last thing she whispered in my ear, too weak to fully speak. Me holding back my tears so I don’t make her upset, and running out of the hospital crying, praying she’ll be ok and stay with us.

To this day, this reminds me of my best friends at high school and different colleges so far I have attended. When I first realized and got to finally like this song over 2014, I was keeping life going, but I was depressed because I had very little community. I had two emotional breakdowns at community college because I sincerely missed the tangible electromagnetic force of love and belonging that was missing in my life. Now I am stronger, and can laugh and be stable with this rather than feel bitterness and hard heart that wanted to open and the happiness was beaming out. I am now 27 years old.
