Could you give a suggestion for a solid tool to deal with docker-compose files? Watchtower does it on a container level. So, next 'docker compose up -d' will still recreate all the containers with the same new image.
@jbauson1 Yes, that's true. In my experience, the issue occurs because the image is updated and pushed to the registry, but the docker hub latest tag does not reflect the change yet. It's something I've dealt with specifically to the docker hub, but it could happen with any registry and image we don't fully control.
Thanks for the video. My Portainer doesn't have green or amber indicators by the image like yours. Currently running Community Edition 2.21.0. Am I missing something?
Just found your channel 👍🏻👍🏻 Could you do a review of deployarr? Im struggling with traefik setup and this script promises to automatically setup traefik plus 90 of apps but costs $120 in my country. I used to work in IT as a system administrator years ago before I got sick. When I left, VMs had still been the new thing so kind of lost
Fantastic video, thanks for the demo and info. Have a great day

Never use "latest". Using the "latest" tag does not always grab the latest. Always check for the newest version and pull that specific version.
unless it's an image that you created and tested. 😁

Did you try paying them money or using the business edition?
In the video you can see he is using BE
@@redlinejoes ah that makes sense. I am not using business edition. Only Community Edition. thanks for pointing that out!
@@bocci572I believe it's also a setting you need to enable per host
@@EpicGamingNL on business edition or community edition as well?

Time to remove VMware from your Lab. The new 2025 VMUG Advantage programs means you can only eval ESXi for 60 days (unless you VCP certify).
