Drying hair in a motorhome, campervan or caravan can be a pain in the backside, especially if you like to stay off-grid or away from campsites without electrical power.
I have long, thick hair and it can take forever to dry, especially with a 12v travel hairdryer. In the summer, I tend to let it air-dry on warm days, but when cold or during winter I've spent years looking for a solution which can work on low power.
Here are a couple of options for you (affiliate links):
12v hairdryer (with hot air): amzn.to/3LkrP0L
    1450w hairdryer: amzn.to/3PhWcbc
    500w hot air brush: amzn.to/3lddDMr
700w Big Hair brush (LOVE THIS): amzn.to/3wt1EiZ
    Ecoflow Portable Power Station: amzn.to/3yCfja8

Great advice Kat. Just bought one on 300watts and it works a treat on my inverter. No more frizzy kinky hair. 😆

Loving your Vlogs 👍 … We are also thinking of splashing out on an Ecoflow which should get us around the off grid problem. Pricey but worth it for those prolonged trips away from camp sites …

We’d get one over a generator any day.

@@WanderingBird we’ve had a 2.2kw gennny stood doing nothing at home for the past 3 years. Hardly ever used it either. The Ecoflow is definitely the way forward 🍻

Have you tried the Dyson hair straighteners? They dry and straighten your hair at the same time. It's cordless and rechargeable. I have thick, long hair and it works perfectly.

I use a 300 watt dog grooming dryer brush. With the brush taken off, it’s just a dryer, plug into our Power Oak power pack and it works great. Only cost £30 too.

I think power banks have to be the way forward. I definitely think they are worth the investment. Rather than have extra solar and extra batteries then an inverter fitted just buy a power bank. Plus they are portable. Can use at home in a power cut and if you do change vans just swap to your new van. I’d buy the best you can afford and charge whilst on the road. 😊x

Hey..just read your bit on Netherlands..you can't use visa or MasterCard now here as we've just found out after arriving and all cards denied so... We have to leave unless we can get cash but been told most places won't take cash. Thought you might want to update the information. Thank you for great vlogs 👍
