In most cases, the reason for unsatisfactory results of learning a foreign language is a loss of interest in the student, or you have stopped at some stage of their training and began to "stomp in one place. Thus, the effort and time you have spent in the absence of new techniques will not allow progress in mastering the language. For example, if you spend your time and effort learning the alphabet for months on end, you will not learn to read, write, speak and understand the spoken and written language. Yuriy Ivantsiv in his book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language" writes that you should not selectively stop at one thing, and try to gradually move forward, without skipping anything and not jumping, developing all the necessary language skills for you proportionally. Only then will you get effective results. In your strategy for learning any information for you, including a foreign language, you should adhere to the following principle: you made a breakthrough - mastered the new information, then you need to take the time to consolidate the material and bring it to automaticity. The next step - learn new material and master it, and so on. "There are no secrets to success. It's the result of good preparation, hard work, and learning from your mistakes." Colin Powell. Many thanks to the author of the channel for the tremendous work in creating the instructional video. Thanks to such helpful videos, we have rapid progress in language learning.

⚠️ This series is probably the most important work till now. It's important to listen first slow to be prepared for the fast one, not the opposite. Excellent 👍❤️😊
Thnx for making the video. At the end you talk a bit on the subject of passive listening. In other words, having this video playing a lot, while ignoring it, as you go about your day. I'll give some advice on that: While the more passive listening you do, in relation to the amount of active listening you do, the more efficiently you will pick up German, in terms of how much of your time you invest in learning it; I'd suggest you make 20% of your listening active, 80% passive. You'll pick up German plenty fast that way, while still making it pretty efficient for time spent. Also, while sometimes going through the whole video at once, to review it is fine, I'd suggest most of your active listening go like this: First ensure you understand why a sentence means what it does in English. You know what each individual word means, as well what phrases are in the sentence and what they mean. Spend just a little time on grammar, like take a moment to look at a verb chart for a verb in the sentence, once in a while; just be sure this looking at grammar stays minimal - your time should be mostly in listening to German. (Glosbe is one good dictionary for looking up the verb tables.) (Make notes for future passes through the material.) Next, listen to that sentence three times while reading it, concentrating solely on what sounds the speaker is making. You might want to write "ear tuning syllable" for that - separating the words into individual syllables, then trying to follow the syllables as you listen, attempting to always have your eye on the right syllable as the German is spoken. Next, listen three more times to that sentence while reading, this time for understanding. Next listen three more times to that sentence, this time with your eyes closed, for understanding. Next, again with eyes closed, just listen carefully three times to that sentence, only paying attention to the sounds. Then move on to the next sentence. Keep going thru the material over and over ( but always just use 50% of your time going over old material, while the other 50% is on new stuff.)
Yes i love it its easy to understand amd learn . You can have idea and great phrses to catch up and learn fastly and very clear ..thank you for this vedios.
These videos ære quite helpful. Everyday when I go to the work, I listen and repeat in a slow motion☺️ this technique is also common way which many polygothes use frequently, right? Thank you again for these videos!
Thank you very much. I'm taking a German course near my house but my listening is not very good, German people speak the sound is quite difficult to hear. I was so happy and surprised to find this video❤
Great videos. it shows german language as much easier as can be possible, I wish I could see a specific video explaining cases and noun genders in german that is what makes german a little difficult to learn, but is not impossible if you really enjoy it.
That is true. If you don't have genders and/or cases in your native language they are difficult to understand at first and need lots and lots of input before they turn automatic. I am not sure if you are learning German the traditional way. But if you are open to a more natural approach you can find a video about the articles on my channel. A series about accusative will start on Friday.
@@comprehensibleGERMANi Yes, I am studying German the traditional way, all by myself, at first first I was stuck, I mean, it was almost impossible to memorize the gender of nouns in German, but I invented and use my own technique, the inverse gender, it sounds very strange in my language and that's why I can remember and never forget, for instance: the noun gender of a specific word, when compared to my native language (Portuguese) I memorize equally with the corresponding gender,, but when the gender does not match my language I imagine like this way, in German it would "Die Welt" as "a munda" in my language it is "O Mundo", but I remember that in German it as like "A munda" it facilitates my job and it works for me, furthermore, this word is cognate in Italian il mondo, and le monde in french, in all latin languages, this word is masculine, in German is the opposite. But to me it is impossible to learn cases in German before you master the correct noun gender.
This is such a great and helpful clip. Denke vielmals. It gives me a lot of confidence to speak. Is there a transcript to this clip by any chance please ? Really appreciate your effort to help German lerners!!
Thanks for your comment. I'm happy that you found it useful. I'm sorry we do not have the transcript in a sharable format. But you can find all these conversations in our full program. :)
So glad I took German a couple years ago. Makes it a lot easier and familiar with the words and pronunciations
i also took a German last time i was there. 😊😅
