@@superaidenproductions1870 I like Theater of Pain behind Too Fast for Love, Girls Girls Girls, and Shout at the Devil. Those three albums are better in my opinion.
it's kind of sad - I used to go to a Motley tribute band's shows quite frequently in the past, and at the end of Live Wire, I always whistled, clapped, screamed out "Yeaaahhh" in the silent spots - but not many other people in the audience was aware that they should be doing this. In my brain, this is just part of the song.

we shoould insist until Nikki reissues it, hopefully on vinyl, just like for Shout at the Devil 40th anniversary, that includes several bonus Lps. Imagine the same for Too Fast... the old Mix as a Bonus, plus the rare songs...

jarjon76 they used make up, guitar distortion and the chorus are essential for every Glam Metal band, before the 80’s, they turned into Grunge (Mötley Crüe album) and then into hard rock.
Yes, on the other versions of this record. The Leathur Records version is the only one that had this song. Not including the Re-Mastered but that's different.
Motley Crue’s best song. This song just has a vibe that no other does!!
Slick Tiger yes 👍
Yes definitely their best song. My favorite albums from them are Shout at the Devil and Girls, Girls, Girls though!
Why does no one like theater of pain? In my option best album
@@superaidenproductions1870 I like Theater of Pain behind Too Fast for Love, Girls Girls Girls, and Shout at the Devil. Those three albums are better in my opinion.
MTHgaming well I don’t know if I agree with that but of course it’s an opion, also lets be honest. All there albums are amazing
Too Fast and Shout are the definitive albums of the Crue that are mandatory to have in any rock collection
Yes!!!!!!!!!
I remember when I first heard this song I was 10 yrs old. Now 47. Time sure has passed
You’re nearly 50 now, how are we feeling?
Almost 50, I remember when my big bro first played this for me.
The whistles and claps towards the end are a good touch.

@@misterscary999A lot of "Motley crue heads" never heard the Leathur Records version. Only us old bastards.
@bigbobbitchinii123 This version of the album is so much better, it's just so raw
Mick Mars proved he was The Crue's one and only guitar player with this song alone, and the rest was history!🤘
This Leathur mix has so much more attitude than the Elektra remix. And they should've kept in the handclaps at the end. Thank God we still have it.
You all know that that one thumbs down guy was drunk and hit the wrong button right
I don't care how drunk I am,which I pretty much am right now.I'm not making that mistake🤘
Yes and hes fruity
@@28young81As fruity as they dressed?
Probably a Ricky Martin fan
0:35 this is better in this version
If you read The Dirt Tommy said when they first jammed this song they became Motley Crue right at that moment.
Reading the dirt blew my mind

Before Master of Puppets down picking there were tunes like this one...not that easy to play.
They play both these tunes on the Savage nation introduction
I still struggle to play it on down strokes sometimes
It’s downstrokes or (nut) bust round these parts
Yeah it is
super hard
It's 2020, and it still needs more cowbell.

My favorite Motley Crue album.
Mine too. Followed by girls then shout then feelgood.
The album cover reminds me of the stones sticky fingers though.
2024... Who's listening?🤘

Leathür Recörds version is the superior version
Yes
Definitely more raw!
A song thats so simpel, easy and yet are so damn amazing good.
incredible perfect stuff

Tommy Lee and the cowbell..love it
The Album that Elektra totally messed up , still have my vinyl copy of this on import . Where did all those years go ?
Too fast for love and girls girls girls will forever be my two favorite albums
If there's one riff that would intimidate James Hetfield, it's this one.
Uhhh, no.
Why is there so much reverb on "runnin free, little bit better than it used to be"? I don't remember it like that.
I may have been used to the version from Decade of Decadence but i listened to the original a lot too.
Correct me if I'm wrong here but this is the version pre Roy Thomas Baker remix.
This is the original Leathur Records version before they were signed to Elektra and they had it remixed. Not for the better necessarily.
@@czt1dave its my favorite song on the album anyways.
It's the Leather version. Elektra remixed it.
I like that whisber on the back

1st one to have this album at my High School maybe my town
Some kick ass drums people forget
Early speed metal 🤘

If you've ever played rock tunes on an electric guitar and this intro doesn't get you twitching to pick up a guitar... I feel sorry for you.

Good call
Motleys best song by far.
Gee, they should have started their own genre of rock n roll rather than be absorbed into the bland label of ‘hair metal’.
You can’t say that hair metal is bland when van halen and bon jovi coexisted in that genre
Goddamn this is so raw
So glad they took out the clapping. Good call on that

Still Slamming little bit more reverb on Vince's voice.
Motley is not a "hair metal" band. BTW calling a band "hair metal" is an insult.
