Paul, I"m not sure. These machines switch to tournament games for casinos like Palazzo so it could be that casinos who do a lot of those are installing these games. So far out of the casinos I play at in Vegas I have only seen them at Palazzo near Grand Lux where they have about 40 or more of them. I also found it at the tropicana in Laughlin when I was there in February.
