William here, from everything I’ve seen on Nick groff between Shadowwalker, Paranormal Lockdown, etc. I don’t think he has ever directly faked anything but I think a lot of the equipment he uses is dodgy (which is an issue the majority of investigators partake in). To summarize, no I don’t think so
