I have a PS5, 2 Xbox series Xs and a switch attached, and they are all running to 4 separate 4k TVs, HOWEVER…. None of them are displaying 4K or HDR. All the consoles are saying (the displays don’t support 4k) even though they do. Is there a setting that I am missing on the matrix?

Learning how to setup a 4x12 HDMI matrix in my church with one source/transmitter being a floating wireless HDMI. Love your content by the way. It's simple and easy to understand!!!
great and clear overview thank you. However I'm not sure how I would get the following set up to work with this or what I may need. Currently I have an Optima projector that has 2x HDMI inputs, 1x 3.5mm Audio out and I have a soundbar with 2 HDMI ports currently connected with my TV. When I watch the projector I would like to get the sound through the soundbar, but I use an amazon firestick plugged in to the projector. How can I watch the media device and get the sound through to the soundbar please? Any ideas greatly received. many thanks,
Rick, are you able to select no output as an option to one of the monitors? This would be necessary to prevent a monitor from being automatically turned on by a source if that monitor is not currently in use.
Can I also individualize audio volume? Or is the volume controlled by the actual HDMI output source. I’m trying to find an option so my Samsung remote does not control all the volumes on all the screens equally.

If I have four inputs into this matrix switch, I understand I can select any of them on any output, that I understand… But I want the ability to select which ever audio source I want I want to listen to. How can I do that? Audio receivers usually only have one ARC output…do you have an idea how to do this? Appreciate the help and the great content.
Hello Rick, I received my unit and once plugged in, the 4 "OUT 1" lights flash continuously and the splitter does not respond to any button presses or remote control selections. Please Help!

I want say signal from input 1 to go to both output i.e protector and soundbar. So that video comes out of projector and audio from soundbar. Is that a valid use case?
No, but you can connect your pc/lap with two hdmi cables to two UHD-404 inputs, and then select two outputs to display as two monitors of the pc and extend the desktop
Hi Rick, I am trying to use a Nvidia Shield as a input and out to 2 4k samsungs tvs. For some reason it won't output 4k and will only work 1080p. The 4k resolution has a bunch of articating and I've tried changing the EDID but no luck. Have any thoughts ?
Hi Rick, If this can support 4K at 60hz, if I plug this in one or more 1440p/1080p monitor, will it increase the refresh rate accordingly or will it stay at 60hz? Thank you

Hi does it also auto detect extended monitor mode? Example input 1 to output 1 2 3 with 2 and 3 being the extended mode display

@@OREI-COM the 3rd output is connected to a module that converts hdmi to coax then to hdmi
