I recently went through a miscarriage. Yesterday actually. And I have been watching your videos since the beginning. Your videos have gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life when I didn’t have anybody to nurture me and you are still doing that for me to this day. I have gastroparises bc of my Type 1 diabetes and just got out of an ab*sive relationship that almost took me out. I just wanna say thank you karuna for your videos. Ive been sick and having nightmares lately but your videos have been a wonderful aid to my health. Not only physically but mentally as well. Tonight I was hyperventilating knowing that starting an eating disorder day program means I have to tell my boss that I won't be able to do my one weekday shift during the program. Within minutes of the video starting, I regained some control of my breathing. Thank you. I love your videos! You've helped me through so much in the however long I've been watching (all I know is that it has been a while). You've helped with school stress and sleepless nights and even been a huge help when my depression gets bad (I get some dark thoughts).

I have major depression disorder and severe anxiety and chronic stress i have tried everything for it all but nothing unfortunately really helps so i came to asmr for help and it definitely helps me calm down when i need it

I got in a bad car accident today that totaled my grandma’s car. I got rear ended by someone not paying attention and he was going so fast that the car got launched 50 feet. I’m ok, just very emotionally shaken up and physically aching. I just started driving again after years so even though the accident wasn’t deemed my fault, I feel like it is.
