If there is people round all of it with no access. Best thing you can do. is break it up in 4's and sell it to the sounding people. they can have a bigger yard. It would increase their property value with more land
I think breaking it up with no access may not be ok with the local county. They usually like to see access to all the properties you make because there are so many problems to old ones that have no access they don't want to make any more like that.

One had homeless on it and was a big hill surrounded by expensive homes. Other one was pretty good but was just like pulling teeth to sell it at half the local market price. They took about a year to sell. County side ones sell a lot easier.
Look up the county and see if they have a GIS system. That is free and can be easy but you need to learn each county's set up to use them. I pay a half dozen different data providers to cover lots of scenarios in lots of areas.

They call back and i'm like what property? I have too many balls to juggle right now need someone who loved the price and area to go figure it out. I can look up names and addresses maybe even phone numbers too on them. You could use reiskip.com to do it too. Cheap and even get their relatives info as well as social media accounts.
