I have to say I already know how to make these, 'Muneca Quitapena' and have made them for many years at peoples request but of all the many videos out there to show people how THIS has to arguably be one of the utmost best! I know it's been on here a couple of years but it still warrants praise. My Granddaughter found it. Thank you :-)

I have my children write down worries and fears, and experience etc. Then color and paint or glue magazine pictures on top. It helps them process.
