Philippine Resort left to rot. Foreign Dad Shocked!

On our day trip to Pagudpud, we decided to revisit on old favorite resort of ours.
Only to find it has completely fallen into disrepair, impacting the whole area around it.

I was born and raised in La Union, now living in Houston Texas for the last 30 years. In 2014, I visited this place and even did the zipline. I've always wanted to go back, I didn't realized it never came back after covid.

When the owner is gone the children can't manage the resort .What they will do to the property will they sell it ?
