The KPIs and enablers depends in the size of the organization and the culture, sometimes you can do it simple, sometimes you can’t. Sorry, I am not totally agree with you this time.

Disagreeing is OK 🙂 How about this. Keep it simple at each level of management.... Which might not be simple overall.
