Sadly, there was a contamination in the pond they lived in, and they all died :(! It was fun hanging out with them, but I could never think about eating them or would I feel sick! I'm from Ohio and we also called them crawdads. We didn't eat those, we just had fun catching them also and finding them under the rocks. Lol
