    This video presents the 150 words of the list of vocabulary required for the HSK test level 1. These words are the most common Chinese ones.
    Discover for each word its hanzi writing (chinese characters), then its pronunciation, followed by the pinyin version and the translation in English.
    You just need 10 minutes to review the whole list.
    The video behaves like a dock of flashcards. You have a little moment before the pronunciation to try to remember how to pronounce the word, and what it means.
    For more practice of the HSK test of level 1, or for any other one, visit www.hsk.academy and select your level.

    As a native speaker, I don't suggest this video. It's read by machine. Some of the tones are wrong.

      We apologize that the encoding of the video for TH-cam may have suffered indeed of some distorsions. The main purpose of this video is to help learners see the words, their pinyin and their main meaning in English. The pronunciation is here to bring some additional help, nothing more. As we manage and update our content for tenths thousands pages online, some sounds are indeed read automatically and used for generating our video content as well. We thank you for your understanding.

      Still a very useful video to learn the characters by recognition without the pinyin to see if you can recall them within the time before the next characters. If you can do this then you know the characters. However, thanks for pointing out that the tones are wrong so I won't rely on them. Although, I'm at the stage where by I know most of the tones and understand the accents so I naturally don't rely on the speaker but my own knowledge checking with that of the pinyin that comes up after. feichang gangxie

    I wanted to review HSK1 for just 150 characters on the day of my exam. and this particular video is giving me the same thing. This video is on repeat for hours so I can practice listening and synchronizing my recognition. Excellent and concise video.

    The way I practice is by turning off the sound and slowing down the speed. It allows me to see what I know and what I don’t. I find this more useful than listening to it.
    I also started a Channel on my Mandarin journey! Love the idea of learning together. I’ll be posting my next video this coming Monday! ❤️❤️

    I learn Japanese and think about going for HSK 1 since that may help me with kanji... with which I really struggle. It's amazing to see that some characters and words like 日、水、学生、学校 etc. are either exactly the same (in their meaning, not in their pronounciation) or very close to this.
    This will be interesting 🤔

    I just recently heard about this test and amazingly I knew about 85% of them, but remembering how to write them and remembering the tones in each and every word and sentence is something I won't be able to remember. Do you need to remember the tones and how to write them with stroke order and everything to pass this test?

    • @malejap1493
      @malejap1493 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      (A super late reply) I have taken a couple of trial tests and they definitely don't require you to know the order of the strokes. I think you need to write the tones on HSK 1 and 2, they allow Pinyin in those two.

    • @soliantohaz6578
      @soliantohaz6578 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      you just need to know the tone and remember the characters not the order of writing it. written is required starting from HSK 3 . even on HSK 3 if u know the pinyin and remember the character u are good to go.

      Huma Attique So you know TOEFL or Cae? These are tests you can make to prove that you can speak english well and the HSK is a similar test which is divided in 6 test which get more difficult every time. HSK 1 is the first one and it is "pretty" easy because you only need to know the vocabulary and you have to understand what is being said in an audio file. This test (just as Cae or other ones) can for example help you if you want to apply for an internship or even a job in China but if you want to go there to work, HSK 1 is probably not enough ;) I hope this helps you a little bit ;)

      Tresor Koffi I'm sorry I don't know that but I guess it should be at least B2/C1 which must be HSK 4/5.
