Mine is not the serial number. Ive tried it many times. I tried the serial number from the sticker on the side of the printer , i also printed the supply status sheet to verify that the serial number matched that of the sticker and it did and i tried it again. With colons without colons with zero’s with the letters O’s. Ive tried caps, ive tried lowercase ive tried with spaces and of course many many times w/o spaces. I have done every variation of this verified serial number. Ive also tried my network password and any other password i have ever used ever in my entire life in any & every account i have ever had. So now what. Now what do i do for this stupid administrative password. Please help me. I have like 12 hours in this & counting
