You have a great site here for those of us who have the ability to recognize exceptional quality in Jewellery. I would so much prefer to hear your own voice or another humans voice and not this robotic one, especially frustrating when gems cannot be pronounced along with other words. If you are going to showcase such high end items it is essential to have them pronounced correctly. I cringed at the attempt for it to pronounce Citrine - disastrous. Please don't let this voice issue destroy your site. Just a suggestion for improvement.

I love accented English and it would be a pleasure to hear that but anyone will be better than that robotic voice. It would be nice to have the owner of the site speak but as you stated there could be an issue we don't know of.
