BAAAALLSYYY BOSS MOVE -- ABSOLUTE REVOLUTION to choose a black female at the very beginning of the civil rights movement to do a duet together in a major motion picture. Elvis was a teen icon that symbolized a new generation and a new way of thinking. Young people were trying to change the world. Elvis made this move even before the rise of Dr Martin Luther King, and in fact this was a good 10 years after Elvis broke segregation laws in Memphis by attending all-black functions including 1940s civil rights planning meetings and he was WELCOMED. Why? Because he was playing and praying together with them as young kids in Shakerag and around East Tupelo. Guaranteed if ANYONE falsly called Elvis a racist (most famous being Chuck D)-- then they had NO IDEA of Elvis' childhood and upbringing.
“King Creole” is his best Movie! He absolutely shined in this Film! You must see it and all of his Films!

You can never go wrong with this song/movie with Elvis and Kitty they were amazing singing together. To me this type of movie was so much more Elvis then a lot of his other movies. This is more like who Elvis truly was and wanted to be more like. They were just amazing together! Your reaction was priceless.

What a start to a movie! The whole soundtrack to, “King Creole”, is amazing! I think this duet should have been longer too. Elvis shows his acting chops, and the music aren’t just non-related interludes. The music has an overall southern, Louisiana, creole feel to it.

Grew up on Elvis music and movie's🤗✌️ him music will never be too old to listen to. My thirteen year old granddaughter asked for an Elvis and Michael Jackson record and record player last year for Christmas. She listens to them records quite often😊

I’m disappointed didn’t put all the song from 1958 on this soundtrack and I really disappointed it’s not in color I’m Bluray I don’t know why it did not make this in color on Bluray. This is the best movie that he ever made. He should’ve made movies like this in the 60s.
