Yeah, me too. This is another SPHE print of this movie mentioned in the description using an Columbia TriStar logo. This was released in 2004, but the featurettes in the DVD were from a year earlier.
I get how the music was in its "slight theme variant", based on the title. Notice for this "slight theme" music version that you hear bells tolling during the up-close Pegasus part. The other music version on DVD, you don’t hear the bells toll. The version with the tolling bells appears on DVDs that are television shows (Dragon Tales or Jay Jay the Jet Plane), or on movies that came out years ago long before the DVD release (for example, the Stuart Little Deluxe Edition released in 2002, which first came out theatrically in 1999, same with Matilda that came out on DVD in 2003/2004, but was released theatrically in 1996). The one without the tolling bells appears on DVDs of the then-present movies that came out in the theaters, then about 3-6 months later gets released on DVD (for example, Men in Black 2, Spider-Man 1 & 2, Stuart Little 2) have the music variant without the tolling bells.

i love this logo but now is SPHE
I like the other one's including the original jingle that is hard to find on DVD, but easy on VHS.
That newer jingle is more bright and majestic. The old one made me cry when I was a few years younger
