I concur Guys. It has been a monumental campaign never undertaken in the history of India's elections. I salute this man's energy levels and his stoic personality when it comes to handling the most difficult and un-comfortable questions. He speaks his mind. He addresses a myriad of audience...even the scientific community with conviction. His opponents know and fear that if he comes to power he will stay for 2-3 terms.

I left India 10 years ago and never got to live there during Modi’s rule although I have visited. I never heard him speak and bought into images of him of being a dictator, a fascist etc. How wrong I was! It’s a big lesson to anyone to not believe hearsay especially when it comes to your country. I have only woken up in the last 6 months and learnt this lesson. I will also make it to India during elections this summer to vote for Mr.Modi to make up for missing out the last 2 times.

@@mypackmypower1996 I agree with you - joblessness is probably a fact. but there is nothing really new about it - may be you guys and gals are very young people - unlike me - and therefore are worried for jobs... that is a bogie looming large over our county's youth because there are too many young people today - a lot of them not so well qualified and even a whole lot - qualified but not really ready to go that mile to fit in a job. Last year when reporters from ndtv or india today went about interviewing people in big constituencies like delhi, Bengaluru, Varanasi, begusarai etc... they were desperately trying to get the young people to say that they are very unhappy with Modi1.0 because they did not get jobs … when the reporter asked them what their qualifications were and what type of jobs they were looking for - I was shocked to note that all of them were "fine arts" pass outs... in Varanasi!!! now if all young people followed their "passion" and studied unqualifiable subjects like "fine arts" or "food, cuisine, fashion, dance, music" related subjects, or if so many of them studied "law" (as the ones interviewed in blr and Chennai...) and too many CAs and MBAs in these big cities.. who can really employ them meaningfully...? I think it is high time such people figured out what to do with their qualifications and try to create their own places under the sun... The Modi govt tried its best through the Mudra loan idea and startup facilitation to help- create the jobs that they promised... but it appears that the opposite party has not reciprocated well enough and have not helped that plan succeed... or may be there were other problems that the plan has not been well received... so it may be wrong to blame NarendraModi govt on this front... they have definitely tried their best, unlike the other governments...this is my opinion...you can have yours... :-)

Watched this interview after 9 years. So the opposition knew his potential to lead the country and that's why they have been after him since 2002. I totally agree with the fact that he has a God gifted quality of utilising all types of resources to the optimum level and that's why he is delivering for our country despite so many obstacles.

Arnab Goswami single-handedly brought out difference between Modi and Rahul Gandhi with just his interview. It was very clear who the winner is. He has done a big favor to Indians. Goswami actually was doing his job - i thought he did a great interview... and Modi did a great job of responding to every question asked every charge leveled at him. I rate him as the only subcontinental PM that deserves the position... whatever the usual naysayers here say - their negativity just because Modi is a BJP leader is appalling... and scary - no humans should hate another human for their kind of reasons....

Really super interview. I saw rahul's interview with Arnab first and later I saw this. Noticed the extreme contrast between two personalities. Enlightened to know how Modi handled Arnab on various issues with ready references of the past contradicting him. Also liked to compare his remarks and answers on several issues to the way he handled them being in power for past six years. Modi's maturity was evident at that time and he has proven his mettle at various tough challenges too, over past six years of tenure as the leader of this Country.
