Its much better to paint your roof with white paint or lime. After painting roof for 3 or more years you will get waterproofing due to mutiple coats of paints over the years
I would suggest you to kindly apply lome / chuna coating which is 10 / kg.on ur roof. You will experience above 10 degree temperatures difference, after applying it
28-29 is an ideal temprature where you don't need to use blanket or ceiling fan.Save your electricity bill.My AC daily consumption is only 2-3 unit for long hours of uses.
