I assumed she was winning until she didn't. I am surprised she knew she wasn't going to. She seemed to be able to do everything everyone else in the whole series could do just as well as they could. But EVERYTHING.
Like AS2, it felt like season one was kind of tailored for a certain someone to win. I think Divina's talent took everyone by surprise. It wasn't expected for anyone else to be that good. If there is an All Stars of UK, Divina will be the one to look out for. I personally hope there is an International All Stars, so they can fly Divina to the USA and let her win $100,000.

Other times, like when a particular episode's queen wasn't a big talker. He asked more frequent and specific questions. I've watched him run interviews both ways and a bunch in between. He adjusts how he needs to approach each interview based off of each queens personality and whatnot. Very impressive!!!
Divina is just an all around sweet star...I find her demeanor so relaxing as if I’m talking to a best friend or family...one of you best and interesting interviews...KUDOS💖

I feel like Divina would Bendelacreme the competition. She is such a talent. Unless she pulls a Thorgy and gets TOO into her head, I think she'd be one of the biggest threats possible in Drag. I mean, Vivienne won but obviously no one would say Viv is more talented than Divina. It just worked out that way. Divina is just another uncrowned winner.

i dont really agree with you there. I agree that a lot of the queens were not quite 'got' by the judges. Divina was someone that wasnt quite got because of her personality a bit, which is a shame- but as a tv show, its good to have an arc, and she has a good one! But i dont particularly see The Vivienne as American... not sure where you're coming from there. Confidence and polish aren't necessarily purely American traits!! The classic American one wa Cheryl, cause she was emulating more of what you'd expect from an American drag queen- but with british humour.
@@razmataz13drums The Vivienne’s drag definitely borrowed a lot more from American drag than anyone except Cheryl. Of the final three she was easily the least representative of British drag

du meine Seele, du mein Herz!!!! i have had to sing that a capella at a number of weddings. adapted it to be very engaging but oof. As a high mezzo, singing Stauss well, doesn't help you in the room. I honestly see myself so much in Divina De Campo. I get her are so hard
Divina is fracking brilliant. So accomplished. So talented. So erudite. My favourite UK Queen (also, Divina is from my home town!). My UK winner. Always.
As much as I love Viv, Divina was more consistent. She was almost always high or safe when she wasn’t winning whereas Viv had a few lows (and even had to lip sync for her life which Davina didn’t have to do).
Untrue. The Vivenne had ONE bttm 2 and NO lows. She was top 2-3 or won in every other episode, just look at the official statistics. Divina was safe the first episode, and the 2nd (although she could have been top if she was in the winning team, but she wasn't) and bttm 3 in Snatch Game, the hardest challenge which she failed at. On top of that, The Vivienne did better in the final performance and outperformed Divina on the runway overall. Divina is good, but The Vivienne clearly outperformed her.

I was at that Drag Con and the queues were WILD. I remember barely managing to get in on the first day. But what a show that was! I wonder how the hell didn't I get Covid that weekend, though. haha
