It’s if ur in a cutscene move then ur Ult bar completely stops going down until the cutscene finishes it doesn’t slow it down but it doesn’t apply when ur standing there with deathblow and nobody hits u or when ur dragging them across the ground with terrible tornado

Have you used my favorite glitch before I only use it in private serves because I don’t know if it’s banned thing but I’ve done this since tatsumaki got her one ult you know the tornado grab that kills way too many people but use it and drag someone off the map to play night mode it’s so much fun even though you can’t see because the screen is dark it makes for a fun glow stick game with friends because you and the person you use it on are stuck like that until they leave and rejoin or until they are hit with the ult move without being dragged off the egde
