🍁 चाय की छन्नी में अगर एक पतली रुई की लेअर बिछायेंगे तो जितना भी तेल पूरी या किसी और के तलने से काला हुआ है साफ हो जाएगा।
🍁 चुकंदर (beet root ) की तरह पालक या मेथी को भी mixser में चल कर उसका आटा गूंधे और एक normal आटा । तीनो को लंबाई में roll करे एक के ऊपर रख कर गुन्धी हुई चोटी बनाये । इस तरह तीन रंग की रोटी ,परांठा या पूरी बना सकते है।
🍁 किसी भी सब्ज़ी को थोड़ा rich टच देना हो तो उसमें मलाई डाल दे । सब्ज़ी का taste बढ़ जाएगा ।
🍁 नमक को कोशिश करें कि काँच की बरनी में ही रखे.. अगर नही रख पाए तो जिसने भी रखे एक news paper का टुकड़ा उसमे डाल दें नमक गीला नहीं होगा ।
🍁 अदरक लहसुन का paste बना कर फ्रिज में ज़्यादा दिन तक रखना हो तो उसमे एक चम्मच कोई भी refiend oil डाल दे 15 दिन वो fresh रहेगा ।
🍁 अपने fridge में 2 आलू boil कर के हमेशा रखे जिससे कभी भी झटपट कुछ भी बना सके ।
