So Wednesday morning I was having a pedicure. Before I went I had a few extra minutes, so was working on a WIP. My nail tech is a good friend, thank goodness! 😂 She got a strange look on her face and then started laughing. I had a couple of drills stuck to the bottom of my foot! You're not the only one who spills! 🤣😂🤣
😂 I found one stuck to my foot just the other day!! Hubby thought it was hilarious!

I think there are a couple of expressions for the mess. “I’m glad we’re not all perfect”, my own “static is so good luck sticks to you, not drills” and “some days are like that, I want a replay”. Hope moving and packing go well. Think of it as “Spring cleaning”. I use to move a lot 😂. Peace and love abide with you 💕

I bought a kit with the fairy dust drill in it. So many new drills coming out. Fairly new to DPing. Would love to see a video on types of drills and coding! ❤

Been there, done that, lol...(spilling drills), but it's been much better for me since I bought Bella de Art Nicole's different types of funnels though! Hey! My hubby calls me "Grace" for a reason, LOL! Anyway have fun doing the Jetson's! And oh my gosh - TWO KITS for DP w/Pets done already?! MUST BE NICE! I am almost done my one, lol
To be fair, both my kits were small, and so is the 3rd one I’m planning on doing. The funnels definitely help, but not enough, clearly. 😂
That one is going to be so fun! The drill spills today were just like old times 😊❤.

My current WIP is a silhouette elephant in a sunset and has a ton of 310. I had the unfortunate accident of spilling a full bag when refilling. The best part was that it was onto a black carpet. Im finding drills still 5 days later.

Kitting up can be so much fun. Do you use hard wax, putty or sticky dots for your AB’s?im really thinking of buying a stand up funnel. Just maybe
Sometimes I use my putty or glue dots with ABs, but if they are being really stubborn, I get out my Pretty Placer. Thanks for watching!!

QUESTION- new to DP!! When you have multiple kits and maybe from different companies do mix the drills by color?
I keep all my spares together by DMC, even if the shades of color are slightly different. Others sort them by DMC and company. Some people don’t keep spares at all. Thanks for watching!!

Static -the bane of our existence 😖 My 225 color JWall was staticky. What drag. Luckily I had static guard.
Oof, I remember that from my recent J Wall. Not fun!!
I just finished kitting up DAC Ellie May. I have never had drills with so much static. They were hopping all over the place. It took forever to get them all kitted up..I use EW storage so I'm not sure about investing in a stand up funnel. All aspects of moving is stressful..good luck..

Hey. 😊 Glad to have found another clumsy person dp'ing. 😅 Hie do you use the antistatic spray? Do you spray the inside of the bags or how do you make it work? Greetings from Copenhagen, Denmark.
I spray it onto a cotton swab and then swirl the swab around in the bag of drills. Works like a charm!
I think there is a diabolical plan afoot to remove your storage space so you have to dispose of items and pack 😂😊 good luck with the moving process!!🎉

when i got my replacement drills the other day the bags were very staticy but we have been having pretty warm weather here in indiana and im not sure how long they where in the mailbox before i brought them in the house so im thinking the heat may have made them more prone to the static
It is warm here too, so maybe!!
Curious about how you use static spray. Do you spray inside the bags? I had tons of static with The Jetson and ran out of #3953.

She’s never tried it - just not something that interested her.
