I got 1997 with 4 premium players on the bench, Darcy and Reid's suspensions are problematic for me next round as I wanted to hold them until their byes, looking to get rid of Wilson, Sharp , Clohsey for Zorko or Moore , Gulden and W Dawson. Will be able to field 17 premos and 4 rookies for round 13. On a side note the MSD guy for the Eagles kicked 5 goals on debut in the WAFL , could be a sneaky chance of a call up if he can put another game on two together.
JD….Question I have been anti poding Gawn all year, dumb I know. I currently have Moyle in R2 and need will need to upgrade him next week as Witts will be back. I’m thinking of going to Grundy considering Gawn will be on the bye and the MFC have already said Gawn will need a break on the run home. So that said Grundy could potentially play 2 extra games than Gawn….thoughts????
Thanks for the advice regarding Reid, Darcy, Clohesy & Wilson. I was wondering which way to go, I wanted to keep both Reid and Darcy, but felt wrong to be trading out players that were going to be playing. Clohesy and Graham will be going.
Would you consider Fyfe of his bye and just have sexton f6 and Fyfe f7. Then the rest of my team is premos besides Salem at d6 who I’ll have at f7 after bringing in either govener, yeo or houston. That will leave me with 7 trades that I can use for sideways trades in the likes of macrae and oliver and injuries. Thoughts?

Yeah I think it's worth a risk, especially if the extra money gets you better upgrades elsewhere earlier

Does sexton hold once Powell is back? Maybe. But I think having Fyfe/Sexton at F6/7 id v risky
