Bus card kha banega

Actually what i came to know from someone there is that to apply for a bus card we need to have a local bank account in Kazakhstan. Though I am not sure about this.
Therefore we paid in cash for every trip we travelled via bus i.e 200 tenge which in Indian currency is around 35 rupees.
