Wonderful sharing from the Endowus team! Have full trust in u guys cos of yr transparency! If u guys somehow allow SA monies to be invested into the Amundi Prime US Fund, I will be all in 😁 One thing that u guys should have made clear tho, is that the interest from the ERS money is pooled...so the only way that u "break even & game the system" is if u live longer past 80...also, yr family doesn't get anything past this point if u pass away
Relevant point about pooled interest and bequest for CPF Life. I don’t think FIs and FAs will highlight this point cos it will be like outrightly “exposing” our Ah Kong 😉 CPF Life should be best viewed as a Longevity Insurance. Another point omitted is that CPF Life payouts are not guaranteed. Would be great if someone from Endowus can comment on the above. Thanks
@@rpj341 It okay to be pooled, at least this allow interest from all parties to roll over, to be honest, if you live till 80 plus, u earned its and if not then let it go,. Money can't bring to where-ever u gone.
Nice sharing session by Endowus team. Is there any update now for the SA investment as the panel said, they are working on to expand the investment options. I am currently invested my SA into AIA, but I didn't get any returns. Also, If I invest my SA now, should I redeem before 55 & put back into SA account?
Hi Sam, Endows- For the Best and Worse Returns using MSCI world Index - it make sense in longer term , to have better average returned. Thus, for OA CPF, which portfolio should we invest in Endows?> Core portfolio (OA) or other ? please advise.
I suggest gov to look into more kind of varieties saving plan tools on OA which can increase the 2.5% interest ..Mayb Term investing on OA - guarantee and non- guarantee payout which can earn more interest in OA account
Have to be very careful on the risk in stock market ..A lot companies balance sheet are no good … Debts are the main reason why I don’t dare to invest out of Cpf ..
