Recipe Ingrediants :- Wajdi/वजडी
Cook the Wajdi in Cooker for 4-5 Whistles by adding Turmeric, Salt, lemon, 3 Glass Water /वजड़ी को कुकर में 4-5 सिटी तक पकाये उसमें हल्दी, नमक, नींबू और तीन गिलास पानी मिलाये
For Green Paste:- ( 7-8 Garlic/लेहसुन + 1 inch Ginger/अदरक + 8-9 Green Chillies/हरी मिर्च )
4 onions/प्याज़
2 tomatoes/टमाटर
7-8 curry leaves/कड़ीपात्ता
Bunch of Coriander/ धनिया + 7-8 Mint leaves /पुदीना
1 teaspoon Malwani masala/मालवनी मसाला एक छोटी चम्मच
Half teaspoon red chilli powder/आधी छोटी चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Half teaspoon turmeric/आधी छोटी चम्मच हल्दी
2 teaspoon coriander powder/2 छोटी चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
