To be honest, in general category it is very difficult to get any NITs or IIITs with 90 percentile. But still you can apply for Josaa counselling once JEE Advanced is completed. I would recommend you to stay motivated and don't lose hope, start preparing for JEE Advanced. Give it your last try with full efforts. Miracles do happen. All the Best!

My daughter (OBC NCL) has scored 96.75 %ile in Jee mains. is there a possibility to get CSE or ECE 4 year course? How good is the placement for 5 year courses and 4 year Mech & Smart manufacturing course?
Glad that you liked my video, You have good possibilities of getting ECE, you can also change your branch to CSE after the first semester if you get a good CGPA. The placements in all institutes are quite moderate at this moment because of the recession.
