ThIs guy got into real estate when real estate was easy to get into in the US. There are plenty of people that have new kinds of success stories. I have a buddy that was a server at olive garden and sold workout supplements out of his trunk while working out regularly at a gym. He ended up training 60 people under him at a park. He then started with an amazon partnership with 20 grand, bought a gym, made lots of sales, he turned the regular gym into a crossfit gym. Then he sold the gym. He then patented his own supplements. He had 2 3500 sq ft warehouses for doing sales with amazon in southern Florida. Now he could already be retired. He got property on Costa Rica, built a mansion, built 3 mini mansions on his property and still busts his ass day in and day out and he's not even 40 yrs old. He's been making $300,000+/yr for about 10 years.

I got into a GP with a coworker. I had previous experience starting a business on my own and knew several things on what to do and what not to do. I told my partner not to start accruing debt until we got our cash flow going and could get some decent projections. Thankfully I made him convert us into an LLC and it saved my ass. He was much younger and still in the army. Even though I was older and had actual business experience I was the stupid civilian who didn't know anything. I understand the mindset but one of my biggest pet peeves is that Military/LEO/Service member mindset that since they are in that service they are now better than you because they went to bootcamp/ were deployed. Can't blame them since its ingrained into them from training but it is what it is. Regardless once I got everything set up and started getting the tech infrastructue rolling, websites, emails, social media and the like, his head instantly inflated and he, in his mind, took charge and went straight to the bank and got loans and credit cards to buy him stuff on wholesale (It wasn't for the business but he listed it as a business expense). Completely flip flopped on me and I knew we were going to be in hot water pretty quick, paperwork be damned. I didn't have time to try and get him under control and he had already caused too much damage so I played into his ego, made up a fake excuse of needing to get out because of family and other stuff, and literally gave him my half of the company. At this point I had only lost a few hundred dollars getting the LLC registered and the websites and everything were paid under the company account so I was EXTREMELY lucky. I went to the bank and made sure I was removed from everything and filed everything appropriately. It wasn't more than a few months he got himself in hot water and out of control real quick and I was so thankful I had checked out when I did. The LLC saved him since he could write it off but yeah he torpedoed himself pretty quickly. I will never enter into a partnership like that again, lesson learned.

I was running business ideas through with a friend of mine. We talked about the idea and everything that would be of importance, but one thing that threw me off from his wording was that he was starting to talk about financing and getting big companies involved and all that. I then told him I do not want to be part of this anymore. My reason was that there wasn't even a physical business yet. Not even a financial statement in place but the man's was already thinking about involving creditors. I told him straight, the reason why most of these entrepreneurs fail is because they starting big yet they can't even compile a financial statement. What I've learnt from actual business people is that you dont need money to start a business you need money to expand it.

I'm 44 and exhausted. I have no energy or desire to become an entrepreneur and work 80 hours a week for myself just to avoid a 40 hour work week. I have no energy to be an accountant, HR, sales etc for myself just to get something started. My only desire is to retire now. So I took the lazy road, I didn't have children, made no debt, invested in properties, everything is paid off and now I'm saving 96% of my salary and the remainder is just for food. I'm a minimalist so I don't mind owning nothing. All I want is freedom.

It's starting to come out, that once you sign any government or business contracts in the USA you are rejecting and surrender all your rights that there is a creator and that your sovereignty as a spiritual being who comes from a creator is waived in order to play in their world. All that in order to better yourself and your family in this new Rome. Look at the dollar bills they have the all-seeing eye crap on it, it real and many people don't even know about this. 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
Failure should inspire entrepreneurs to get smarter and learn from their mistakes.
The traditional school system focuses on income and not enough on teaching the importance of understanding taxes for entrepreneurs.
Financial education should emphasize understanding taxes, as the wealthy focus on legally minimizing their tax obligations.
When choosing a job, prioritize what you can learn over the salary to develop essential skills.
Different business entities have varying levels of liability protection, with LLCs, LPs, and corporations providing good protection, while sole proprietorships and general partnerships have significant risks.
Millennials may have a lot of knowledge but can be risk-averse due to fear of making mistakes, which hinders their ability to take action.
Education should go beyond memorizing right answers and encourage risk-taking and learning from real-life experiences.
Success is not just about material wealth but also about serving others and the environment, with a focus on the spiritual aspect of life.

I started a drain cleaning business. I specialize in sewer line clean outs and other drain system maintenance. I have had many people ask me why would you do this as a business? This is disgusting. I look at them and say “ no matter the economy there will always be sewer line problems and plumbing issues. I didn’t get into it because it was glamorous. I got into it because of its necessity.

This might be working in a country like USA...but cannot be done in developing countries where the rental income is lower than the bank interest on the home mortgage. Will this idea be still valid? Also, another issue of not every month will rental income come as cash flow even if one employs a property manager.

So are you investing in real estate AFTER being taxed 20% from the business??? Is this using pass through entities or a corporation? If it’s pass through, are you investing distributions or owners draw? Or are you investing with a salary from the business? Is the B and I two separate businesses or one? If not salary, distributions, dividend, or draw. Can you loan the B quadrant money to the I quadrant business? Any ideas would help

Basically, E is being an Employee, S is being in a Sole Proprietorship…
B is being multiple Business Owner… Where corporations pay lower taxes… Then use the gains from the B column to move to the I column where I is Investments and you don’t pay tax on those

Could we make a short video on starting a business and pre-structuring it to operate on the B and I side? Im starting a hybrid digital marketing agency and plan on niching down somewhere in real estate. then I plan on investing the cashflow into real estate. Small business falls under self employed but I want to be on the right side of the quadrant. Say my agency (llc) has 3-4 employees along with some remote team members making 6-pushing 7 figures in our first year. Whats the best way to set my business up to be in the B side of the quadrant early?
