third prong isn't the neutral. Look at the diagram you put up after saying that. Although....even the NEC makes this confusing, by calling them the grounding and the grounded (the neutral) conductors. The point is still quite right, the grounding conductor is for discharging stray electricity flow, through the grounding conductor instead of someone's body.

Waves of photons striking the atmosphere or mass not absorbed. We can only see light in resistance to absorption. Hydrogen absorbs heat and becomes helium. The heat it doesn't absorb is refraction of light. That's why we see stars. Light accumulated can burn your eyes because it is heat in resistance. Thermodynamics chars your skin as a tan. A tan is absorbed heat. A sunburn is absorbed heat, overwhelming tissue to quickly to be adapted. Moisture is needed to maintain temperature in skin or it burns the same.
Super interesting. Why don't they put a magnification glass above solar panels to increase the amount of photon radiation. Maybe take it a step further and engineer a magnification glass that converts the wave lengths to ones that can be more easily absorbed?
It ends up cooking the PV, and would need to be substantially larger than the panel, and in doing so increases the overall cost to where it would be cheaper to just build a larger panel. An interesting alternative to this approach is to use a parabolic mirror. This is a method will yield greater results, but still has it's drawbacks such as setting birds on fire if they were to fly between the mirrors and collector.
