    INGREDIENTS:
    4 cups bulgur wheat
    2 cups cut up kabacha squash
    2 cups shredded collards green
    3 plum tomatoes
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    Fresh thyme
    Fresh parsley
    4-6 cloves
    2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 can chickpeas
    2 cups coconut milk
    3-4 bay leaves
    2 tbsp epis
    3-4 tbs olive oil
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tbs all purpose chicken seasoning
    1 tbs Goya adobo
    2 cups water
    Red pepper flakes (optional)

    I definitely want to try. I love bulgur. But I like the fact you added chick peas and other veggies.

    I love it with fresh tomatoes at the end, you don't cook the tomatoes you just add at the end like a salad mix it .

      Coat the inner rim of your pot with with some sort of margarine. I coat it with coconut oil. Stops all boilage spills.

    Sorry it’s not a matter of growing up cloves are nasty there’s a reason why people use it as insect repellent, i do admit it compliments certain dishes, but to stay on the safe side I grind it into a powder

      You are right,sometimes you are enjoying a great meal and you takes a bites of one whole cloves and its changes your appetite totally,so my son hates it so much .now only the powder .ble ce bon bagail.

    Yes it lower your blood sugar, while white rice increases your blood sugar, which leads to diabetes......yes Bulger wheat is better than white rice and less expensive.
