I keep getting an error every time I wanna place a tree it says there’s too many trees placed how do I fix that?

You have to download a mod called “more trees”

It won’t let me delete the buildings in that area it’s where I want to build. How do I get rid of the premade buildings

You have to use the build your farm edition of umrv. Go back to where you downloaded umrv and there are 2 versions. One version has all of the premade farms while the other one doesn’t have the farms and you can build where ever you want. Hope this helps
